Renew yourself at the end of the week play with the basic functional movements and essential ingredients of Tai Chi. In this workshop, we will explore tai chi from the inside out. Through movement, imagery and stillness, we will discover ways to practice and integrate tai chi into our daily lives. Movements are adapted from Cheng Man-Ch’ing’s 37 posture form and are part of the Tai Chi Fundamentals form developed by Tricia Yu.
This class form is designed for tai chi players of all levels.
